Revenge review: Duress

Revenge came back from the winter hiatus with a bang. Beethoven's Moonlight Sonata was used to great effect in the opening; kudos to the music department for such an inspired choice. The way Tyler was disposed of was well-played, also.
We all knew Tyler was crazy, especially with the whole "talented Mr. Ripley" vibe about him, but he really went off the deep end this week. He could've really hurt Nolan with that knife; Nolan's lucky to just have a scratch. The revelation that Tyler's on anti-psychotic medication was unexpected, to say the least. I guess we won't be seeing him anytime soon.
A great midseason start to one of the best new shows.

Hawaii Five-O review: Ka Ho'oponopono

This was an okay episode. The mystery was a bit complicated; involving hit men, subpar construction materials, and jury tampering; but it was very involving. Another Lost actor popped up again, this time it was Sam Anderson (Bernard). I swear, they're everywhere nowadays. Anderson was appropriately smarmy as the construction boss.
The subplot about McGarrett's mentor (also played by a Lost actor) was hyped in the commercials but ultimately came to nothing. This business with Shelburn is becoming tiresome. I don't know who that is, but if they keep dragging that out like this for the rest of the season, I might have to give up watching.
I liked it, but please tell us who Shelburn really is. Soon.

Why I'm Here

Hello. It's nice to meet you.  I started a TV review blog several months ago called "Nauseous Observer". It went okay for a while, but eventually, I just couldn't keep up anymore.  So I decided to quit. I still wanted to write though, so here I am.
My first review will be up Tuesday sometime, I look forward to that.  And intermittently I'll write an article on something completely different, so keep an eye out for that.  I look forward to a long and happy relationship with you, whoever you are.
